The current real estate industry is influenced not only by serious changes to market climates but another type of climate as well - the environment itself. Everyone is talking about "Going Green."
Politicians are debating it. The media is glorifying it. Science is researching it. When property owners make changes to "go green" within their homes, those properties become not only more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, but they also become more desirable to potential buyers. The Going Green course will help you complete your real estate continuing education by learning about "going green", including cool new ideas and technologies for decreasing carbon footprints. Learn about how recycled building materials, energy producing solar panels and many more ideas that can slow the electric meter and reduce power bills. Properties that use less energy and have a lower ecological impact now provide sellers with a market advantage when they go to sell their property. So, what can you do to take advantage of the environmental movement within your real estate business? This course will show you.

The courses include a series of units, varying in quantity by title with periodic true/false or multiple choice questions that check for understanding of the material. Units conclude with short self-correcting quizzes of typically 10 multiple choice and/or True/False questions. They can be repeated as many times as necessary until they are successfully passed. You may log in and log out of the course as often as you like enabling you to complete the lessons whenever it is convenient for you. Once the course is completed The CE Shop team is automatically notified of the completion.
